Can I say 'nothing'? XD Sorry. But. Just no. No fan arts. You either screw it up (Characters, like digi charat, look way too old) or it just lacks whatever.
Stick to your own style =P We all know you only want to get into fan-arting because you want to make money of silly geeks at wai-con xD So it looks forced.

xD The thing about fanart is that you know what colours they have, and what they look like... so it /should/ be easier to draw. xD Buuuuut.... it turns out 60 bajillion times harder to draw and colour.

I wanna try out different colouring styles... and I think fanart can help... for some odd reason. Because I can't decide for my own characters yet.

I'll try and draw obscure background characters. :3 I'd like to draw a Yumi and cakeshopman... (I forgot his name D; ) and I need to watch the rest of YYH... ;_; Before I can decide on the most obscure background character to draw xD
