Well well, he has magenta hair, as it is bleedingly obvious.
This is Ikkaku... WHO HAS EYEBROWS. 8D Commish for ~Windfyre was a byatch to colour... the ink and copics began to procreate... and no matter what paper combination I used, it WOULD STILL RUN AND BLEED and I was like ;o; Until I used artline. ._. That was miraculous... so after 6 copies after the initial sketch, I had a perfect picture.... and then I forgot the dragon tattoo... o_O Bless my soul. He's now wearing pants... well.. Hakama... with nothing underneath them.... >.> So... that's not really a blessing... for ~Windfyre anyway. Even though he likes walking around half naked. I mean Ikkaku likes walking around half naked... not ~Windfyre o_O Uhmm....  Smile and nod. Comments

Where'd the dragon tattoo come from? I don't remember that. And Ikkaku? Walk around half naked? Lol!  He wears his top loose, but that's about it.-- Roses are red, violets are blue, all of my base are belong to YOU! -- You and me, baby, are like 13 and 37. Together we are 1337! -- "So baby, are you 'bind on pick-up'?"  Nice colours and pose and especially that hair! Maybe you could have a "draw him some pants competition".
